Earlybird's Coffee Alpha blend is like its namesake: strong, bold and dashing. Alpha is our most popular and sought after blend. This is our flagship bean, supplied to many operators around the country as both an espresso and milk based coffee.
Using the finest beans from Central and South America, Alpha displays minimal acidity and a sweet, bold aftertaste. With a strong aroma, Alpha leaves a full flavour for the customer whilst being a very versatile blend for the operator to work with. Optimised and tweaked for the mobile café industry, considerations into humidity and temperature were utilized when creating this boutique blend.
Honeycomb Blend
80% Arabica - 20% Robusta

Our newest and soon-to-be most popular blend which is kicking goals all over the country right now. Honeycomb Delight doesn’t disappoint, with its full- bodied flavour that has essential chocolate and honey notes, balanced with a supreme velvety smoothness and a touch of raisin-like richness.
Designed for the mobile coffee van operator, it works exceptionally well as a milk-based coffee – not too strong but not too weak! It is a three-bean blend from Colombia, Guatemala and India. You’ll fall in love straight away!
